
Areas of practice include creation and administration of split-interest trusts (e.g., tax-exempt charitable remainder trusts and pooled income funds and charitable lead trusts), other charitable contributions; foundations and public charities; and trust and estate planning and administration. Mr. Tueller assists financial professionals, their clients, and moderate and high-net worth individuals nationwide, with charitable contributions and foundations and with tax-exempt financial and estate planning and administration. He also assists emerging and mature foundations and charities with their design, creation, restructuring, and operation and with the establishment and administration of planned giving programs.
