Mr. Richards works with the firm’s business transactions group. He advises clients on a wide variety of business law matters including business formations, structures, franchises and trademarks, venture capital financing, bank financing, and other business transactions. Mr. Richards is also heavily involved in the outdoor retail and services industries and acts as agent to several athletes.
