Jeffrey Matson practices in the firm's estate and tax planning sections. Mr. Matson assists clients with various tax and estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, probate proceedings, tax controversies, and tax exempt organizations.
Mr. Matson also practices in the firm's business section where he provides counsel to individuals and businesses in a wide variety of business law matters and assists companies with formation, structure, asset protection, trademark registration, and contract drafting.
