Cameron N. Jacobson

Areas of practice include estate and tax planning, general business law, estate administration and probate, trust administration, and state and federal taxation. Mr. Jacobson counsels and assists clients with estates of all sizes and complexity, utilizing customized and sophisticated techniques to meet their objectives. He also assists clients in all phases of estate and trust administration, including the appointment of guardians and conservators for incapacitated individuals and minor children, probate of decedents’ estates, and contested will and trust matters.

Mr. Jacobson also provides counsel and assistance to individuals and businesses in various state and federal tax matters, including the resolution of federal and state tax controversies, business entity selection and formation (including exempt-organizations), business operation and succession planning, contract negotiation and drafting, mergers and acquisitions, and other general business transactions.
