Mr. Braithwaite is a partner in the firm’s litigation department. His primary areas of practice are construction and real estate litigation. He has repeatedly been voted by his peers as one of Utah’s “Legal Elite” in the area of construction law, as reported in Utah Business magazine. Mr. Braithwaite has also been named a “Rising Star” in construction litigation by Mountain States Super Lawyers magazine.
