Mr. Barker serves as "Of Counsel" to the firm. His primary areas of practice include real estate development, construction law, estate planning, and general business representation.
Mr. Barker has served as a board member and in executive leadership positions with a number of successful businesses. He has had a business interest in a real estate development and construction company, restaurants, a plastics manufacturing company, a telecommunications company, a toy manufacturing company, and a licensed sporting goods retail stores.
He has also served on the Alpine, Utah city council and as Mayor of Alpine City.
