Mr. Bagley works with both the firm’s business transactions group and tax group. He advises clients on a wide variety of business law matters and assists companies with formation, structure, strategic relationships, venture capital financings, technology licensing, mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. In addition, he counsels clients on various tax issues relating to tax disputes, corporate transactions, and real estate transactions.
