
Areas of practice include corporate, real estate and employment law. Mr. Anderson assists emerging and mature companies with formation, structure, financings, private offerings, recapitalizations, acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and other commercial transactions. He also assists clients with various real estate and employment issues, transactions and agreements, including commercial leasing and general employment law compliance.
