
Areas of practice include corporate, real estate and employment law. Mr. Anderson assists emerging and mature companies with formation, structure, financings, private offerings, recapitalizations, acquisitions, mergers and other commercial transactions. He also assists clients with various real estate, employment and business issues, transactions and agreements, including commercial leasing, employment law compliance and general contract drafting and negotiation.
